You can place an order directly on our website. Simply choose a bouquet, provide the delivery address, the delivery date, and the recipient’s details. After payment, our florists will prepare the arrangement, and a courier will deliver it to the specified address in Warsaw.
If you have any questions or difficulties while placing your order, you can contact us via Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, or by phone. We are happy to help at every stage of the ordering process.
Yes. We accept same-day delivery orders placed through our website until 6:00 PM. To ensure successful fulfillment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
If it is already after 6:00 PM or you need urgent delivery, please contact us via Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, or by phone. We will check flower availability and delivery options and try to offer the best possible solution.
Yes. We deliver throughout the entire city of Warsaw, including districts such as: Śródmieście, Mokotów, Wilanów, Ursynów, Wola, Ochota, Żoliborz, Bielany, Bemowo, Praga-Północ, Praga-Południe, Targówek, Białołęka, Wawer, Włochy, Ursus, Rembertów, and Wesoła.
We also deliver flowers to areas surrounding Warsaw (within 10 km of the city limits).
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact our support team. We will check delivery availability and provide all necessary information.
Yes. When placing your order, you can select the anonymous delivery option. In this case, we will not share the sender’s details anywhere, and the recipient will not be informed about who placed the order.
According to our procedures, the courier contacts the recipient approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery to make sure they are available to receive the order.
If the recipient is not at the location, both the recipient and the sender may indicate a safe place to leave the bouquet (for example: at the apartment door, with security, or at the reception desk). In such cases, the flowers will be delivered according to the provided instructions.
If it is not possible to safely leave the order or contact the recipient, the courier will return the bouquet to our studio. We will then arrange a new delivery date.
If a redelivery is required due to the recipient’s absence and no prior instructions for leaving the order were provided (or if incorrect delivery details were given), an additional delivery fee will be charged.
According to the rules of our website, when placing an order you can select your preferred delivery time slot. Our courier will deliver the flowers to the specified address within the chosen time window.
If you require delivery at a specific time or outside our standard delivery hours, please contact us directly. We will do our best to find the most suitable solution and accommodate your request. Please note that deliveries at a specific time or outside regular hours may incur an additional delivery fee.
Yes. Upon request, we can send you a photo of the finished bouquet before it is delivered to the recipient.
Yes. We accept orders from customers all over the world. You can place and pay for your bouquet online, and we will deliver it to the specified address in Warsaw.
The freshness of flowers depends on their variety and storage conditions, but on average, our bouquets maintain their beautiful appearance for 4–7 days.
Each type of flower requires slightly different care, but we generally recommend the following: trim the stems at an angle, change the water regularly and maintain an appropriate water level, remove the decorative wrapping, and place the bouquet away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Every bouquet comes with a care card featuring a QR code that provides detailed care instructions for the specific flowers in your arrangement.

Yes. You can include a complimentary greeting card with a personal message for the recipient with every order.
